BASIX - Alterations & Additions
BASIX is a web-based computer program introduced by the NSW Government which requires alterations and additions to reduce water and energy consumption by looking at the construction materials and design, plus the fixtures and fittings in the home.
This course will show you how to use the online computer program, understand what parts of the building works are affected by BASIX and what information you need to prepare a BASIX Certificate.
On successful completion of this course, participants will be issued with a Statement of Attendance.
