“This year’s Conference Programme is impressive.” These are the words used by the IFA President and Co-Chair of the Conference, Irene Hoskins, to qualify the programme of the IFA’s 9th Global Conference as it was made available online this week. “This programme reflects the importance of ensuring enabling and supportive environments, a key priority set out in the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing (MIPAA)”, she also pointed out as she expressed satisfaction that this Conference is addressing the most pressing issues facing the global ageing community today.
